What to expect at our Office
You will be greeted by our Office Admin, Karen. She will get you checked in and walk you through the small amount of paperwork (which can also be downloaded here).
Next, Dr. Helson will meet you and take you to one of the treatment rooms. Here, a thorough history of your problem will be discussed. Following the history, an examination of the area of complaint will be conducted. Once finished, Dr. Helson will give you a report of findings – he will let you know what he feels the problem is (your diagnosis), what we can do for you in our office (the treatment), including an outline of how long it may take to get results, and review any questions you may have.
You are free to ask questions at any time – it is your body.
We are here to help you!
